Koolituse eesmärk: Osalejad saavad oskused, kuidas rakenduse Power Query abil saab erinevatest andmeallikatest andmeid importida, omavahel ühendada, korrastada ning lõpuks Pivot Table abil analüüsida.
Sihtgrupp: Koolitusele on oodatud kõik, kellel vajadus luua andmetest raporteid ja kokkuvõtteid ning saadud tulemusi võrrelda ja analüüsida. Koolitusel osalemine eeldab Exceli kasutuskogemust baastasemel.
Õppevahendid: Windows operatsioonisüsteemi arvuti. Soovikorral võib osaleja kasutada oma personaalset arvutit.

Õppemeetodid: Õppetöös saab osaleda klassiruumi tulles või liitudes koolitusega läbi veebikeskkonna Zoom. Koolituse maht on 9 tundi sh 6 tundi praktilisi harjutusi koolituskeskkonnas.
Veebikoolitusel saab osaleda videokonverentsi keskkonnas Zoom. Koolituse keskkonda sisenemise link koos juhendiga saadetakse koolitusele registreerujatele enne koolitust. Hoolsa õpilasena pääsed „klassiruumi“ 15 min enne koolituse algust, et kõik vajalik (pilt, mikrofon ja vestlus) häälestada. Väga tervitatav on kahe ekraani kasutamise võimalus (kui ei ole, saab hakkama ka ühega). Koolituse käigus tehakse läbi praktilisi harjutusi, mis eeldab osaleja interaktiivset panustamist.
Hindamismeetod: Praktiliste harjutuste sooritamine.
Hindamiskriteerium: Õpiväljundite saavutamist hinnatakse koolituse ajal läbi viidud tagasisidestatud praktiliste harjutuste põhjal.
Koolituse lõpetamine: Koolituse lõpetaja saab tunnistuse kui sooritab kõik koolituse jooksul antud praktilised harjutused. Osalejatele, kes õpiväljundeid saavutanud ei ole väljastatakse soovi korral tõend koolitusel osalemise kohta.

#NoEstimates is an approach to software development that arose from the observation that large amounts of time were spent over the years in estimating and improving those estimates, but we see no value from that investment. Indeed, according to scholars Conte, Dunmore and Shens [1] a good estimate is one that is within 25% of the actual cost, 75% of the time.
This is the same as saying: give us your money, we promise not lose more than 25% of it (with a 25% probability that we will lose a lot more). We don’t find that acceptable or productive for our industry. There must be better ways to manage software and product development.
In this workshop we will review and analyze why we do estimates and how we can improve software and product development while reducing the time and money invested in estimating.

Kolmepäevase koolituse eesmärgiks on anda ülevaade ja praktilised kogemused konfiguratsioonihaldussüsteemidest. Vaadeldakse kolme erinevat platvormi (Ansible, Chef ja Puppet), millega saab hallata Windows, Linux ja Macintosh kliente ning servereid.
Koolitusel saab osaleda ka moodulite kaupa, keskenduses vaid just endale sobiva konfiguratsioonihaldussüsteemi õppimisele. Igal päeval keskendutakse ühele konkreetsele konfiguratsioonihaldussüsteemile.
Sihtrühm ja eelteadmised: Koolitusele on oodatud kõik, kes soovivad juurutada klientide/serverite tsentraalset haldust ja seadistamist.
Vajalik on algtasemel Linuxi ja/või Windowsi kasutamise- ja admnistreerimiskogemus. Samuti algteadmised operatsioonisüsteemide ülesehitusest ja komponentidest.

As a CSM, you will be able to excel at work as a ScrumMaster or a Scrum team member. Through the certification workshop, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the Scrum framework, including roles, activities, and artifacts, and experience Scrum framework during the workshop.
With your CSM certification, you will also have access to a 2-year membership with Scrum Alliance. Through this membership you can join local user groups, online social networks, gain access to deep discounts on gatherings, and additional member-only resources. In addition, CSMs can use a specially designed logo to highlight their credentials.
About the exam
Upon completion of the CSM workshop, you can take the online exam at any time at any location convenient to you, as long as there is a good internet connection. Once you start the exam, you have 60 minutes to complete 50 questions which are multiple choice questions. You will know the result immediately, and you need to have more than 37 questions answered correctly.
If for any reasons that you didn’t pass the exam, you are most invited to reach out to us to schedule an individual session or a re-take of CSM workshop, free of charge. Though, we have not had students who need to use this option yet. But it is always an option available if needed. There are two free attempts with the CSM workshop you take with us.
