Ole Andmeteadlik! koolitus arvutiga töötajatele

„Ole Andmeteadlik!“ koolituse eesmärgiks on anda osalejale oskused ja arusaamise, kuidas andmeid kriitiliselt hinnata, neid igapäevaelus targalt kasutada ning kuidas kaitsta oma isikuandmeid ja privaatsust.

Kellele koolitus on mõeldud?

Kursus on loodud tööealistele õppijatele, kelle igapäevatöö põhineb arvuti kasutamisel. Kuna arvuti on nende jaoks oluline töövahend, pöörab kursus rohkem tähelepanu tööga seotud andmekasutuse aspektidele, näiteks turvalistele töövõtetele, korrektsele andmekäitlusele, usaldusväärse info eristamisele ning riskide märkamisele digikeskkonnas. Sisu on esitatud selgelt ja süsteemselt, et toetada teadlikku ja turvalist tegutsemist nii töös kui ka igapäevaelus.

Koolituse edukalt läbinu:

  • mõistab andmete olemust ja andmete elutsüklit;
  • eristab andmetüüpe ning tunneb põhilisi digisisu haldamise põhimõtteid;
  • mõistab andmeanalüütika rakenduste rolli ja rakendab neid andmete visualiseerimiseks, analüüsiks ja järelduste tegemiseks, suutes valida konkreetsete ülesannete jaoks sobiva rakenduse;
  • kasutab tehisaru rakendusi andmete analüüsimiseks, prognooside tegemiseks ja oluliste mustrite esile toomiseks;
  • mõistab andmekaitse ja turvalisuse olulisust, tunneb ära peamised ohud ning rakendab põhilisi andmete kaitsmise sh eetilisi ja õiguslikke aspekte.

Kursus koosneb neljast iseseisvalt läbitavast moodulist ja neid toetavatest veebikeskkonnas läbiviidavatest kontaktsessioonidest. Koolituse kogumaht on 24 akadeemilist tundi, millest 16 akadeemilist tundi läbitakse iseseisvalt Digiriigi Akadeemia keskkonnas ja 8 akadeemilist tundi veebipõhise kontaktõppena.

Ettevõtte digitaliseerimise koolitus väike- ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtetele

Koolituse eesmärk on toetada väikeste ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtete (VKE) juhtivtöötajate võimekuse kasvu digitaliseerimise valdkonnas, andes neile vajalikud oskused ettevõtte digipöörde kavandamiseks ja juhtimiseks. Koolitus suurendab juhtide suutlikkust teha informeeritud otsuseid, planeerida digilahenduste kasutuselevõttu ning viia ellu ettevõtte strateegilisi muutusi. Koolitus panustab väikeste ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtete (VKE) konkurentsivõime tõstmisse ning toetab Eesti ettevõtete digitaalse küpsuse ja lisandväärtuse loomise potentsiaali kasvu.

Koolituse läbinu:

  • valdab ja rakendab organisatsiooni digivõimekuse süsteemse arenduse ja juhtimise põhimõtteid ja -meetodeid;
  • eristab digitaliseerimise juhtimis-teemalisi ja tehnoloogilisi aspekte ning nendest lähtudes planeerib vajalikke juhtimistegevusi;
  • analüüsib oma ettevõtte digiküpsust terviklikult digiküpsuse hindamise mudeleid kasutades;
  • arvestab ettevõtte strateegiat, visiooni ja väärtuspakkumist arendades tehnoloogia võimaluste, piirangute ja nõuetega ning tehnoloogia juhtimise eripäradega;
  • tunneb ja arvestab peamisi tehnoloogiatrende, kaasaegseid digitaalseid koostöökeskkondi ja vahendeid;
  • analüüsib ettevõtte arenguks vajalikke digikompetentse ning digivõimekusi ja kavandab oma meeskonda ja partnervõrgustikku lähtudes ettevõtte jaoks olulistest digivõimekuste vajadusest;

Koolituse sihtrühm:

  • vähemalt 18-aastane
  • väike- ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtetes (VKE) tegutsev juht ja strateegilise vastutusega töötaja, sh juhatuse liige, tegevjuht, arendus- ja innovatsioonijuht, tootmis-, logistika-, finants- ja kvaliteedijuht või muu sarnasel ametikohal töötav juht;
  • valdab inglise keelt  vähemalt B1 tasemel ja eesti keelt tasemel, mis võimaldab iseseisvalt aru saada õppematerjalidest, iseseisvalt õppida ja oma mõtteid sõnastada (vähemalt B2 tase)
  • tugev huvi  digitehnoloogiate ning nende rakendusvõimaluste vastu
  • valmisolek algatada ja juhtida digipöörde ning digitaliseerimisega seotud tegevusi oma ettevõttes ning panustada meeskonnatöösse ja jagama koolitusel saadud teadmisi ettevõttes teiste töötajatega

Koolituse kestus on 5 nädalat, õppe kogumaht on 27 akadeemilist tundi, millest  18 akadeemilist tundi moodustab kontaktõpe.

  • kaks füüsilist kontaktseminari
  • üks veebinar

Kontaktõppe moodulite vahel on üks nädal iseseisva töö jaoks.

Cybersecurity Program (Based on ISACA ITCA and Microsoft SC-900 Materials)

The goal of this retraining program is to provide participants with beginner-level knowledge and practical skills on how to implement cybersecurity controls within an organization. Graduates will gain the vocational foundations needed to start a career as a Cybersecurity Specialist.

The four-month training program includes both independent study and online seminars led by an instructor.

The curriculum is based on the Lifelong learning standard and industry best practices (ISACA ITCA and Microsoft SC-900 materials).

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from BCS Koolitus, as well as a certificate from the international e-learning platform CBT Nuggets, and the opportunity to take an internationally recognized Microsoft certification exam. 

The training program consists of three integrated modules:

  1. ISACA ITCA: Cybersecurity Fundamentals Online Training
  2. Course SC-900T00-A: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (Microsoft Learn)
  3. An independent project: development of a “Company Cybersecurity Architecture Plan”.

The first two modules consist of independent e-learning, supported by weekly online webinars led by an expert. The training concludes with the completion and presentation of the independent project.

Target audience and prior knowledge (Prerequisites):
The course is intended for Individuals who wish to launch a career as a cybersecurity specialist or enhance their existing competence in protecting an organization’s IT infrastructure against cyber threats. It is suitable for those who:

  • have basic computer literacy and ability to use common software applications (test your digital skills Digital Skills Assessment Tool);
  • have at least B2 level in English;
  • have time to commit to a 4- month course;
  • have serious interest in the field of Cybersecurity.

Teaching aids: Participants need a computer (Windows, macOS or Linux) with web camera and microphone;  permission to install and configure applications, as well as an up-to-date web browser.

Cybersecurity Architecture Plan
The project involves developing a cybersecurity architecture plan for a company with a predefined IT infrastructure. This includes assessing the organisation’s current cybersecurity status, identifying key risks, and preparing an annual action plan for cybersecurity measures. Participants will design an economically viable security architecture for a sample company, including the technological components and a description of their functionality and interoperability.
If desired, participants may choose their own organisation or another real, existing company as the basis for the project.

Learning methods and volume of the course:
The course is conducted in English.
You can participate in the webinars by joining through the online platform Zoom. Between the online webinars, the main communication platform for interacting with the mentor and fellow students is the course’s learning environment Slack.

The course has three modules.
The total volume of the training is 164 academic hours (within period of 16 weeks) including:

Mentor meetings 30 academic hours.
E-learning and independent study 134 academic hours.
e-learning = learning that takes place partially or completely with the help of digital technological means.

  • Practical exercises
  • Independent project work

Evaluation method:

  • Completion of all mandatory e-learning courses.
  • Participation in at least 75% of the online webinars and workshops.
  • Completion of the final project.

Graduation criteria: Learners who have achieved the learning outcomes and successfully passed the assessment will be awarded a certificate in accordance with the applicable continuing education standard in Estonia.

If a participant fails to meet at least one of the following conditions, they will receive a certificate of participation instead:

  • not completing all mandatory e-learning courses;
  • not attending at least 75% of the workshops;
  • not completing the graduation project.

The price includes:
Access to the e-learning platform CBT Nuggets;
Access to the Microsoft SC-900 official study materials and labs. Also, for the Microsoft SC-900 certification examination (subsequent attempts not included);
Access to the communication channel Slack and other study materials.

About the exam 

Upon completion of the CSM workshop, you can take the online exam at any time at any location convenient to you, as long as there is a good internet connection. Once you start the exam, you have 60 minutes to complete 50 questions which are multiple choice questions. You will know the result immediately, and you need to have more than 37 questions answered correctly. 

If for any reason you didn’t pass the exam, you are most invited to reach out to us to schedule an individual session or a re-take of the CSM workshop, free of charge. However, we have not had students who need to use this option yet. But it is always an option available if needed. There are two free attempts with the CSM workshop you take with us.

Tehisintellekti määrus ja teised olulised õigusnormid IT-valdkonnas 2025

Koolituse eesmärk: 2. augustil 2024 jõustus tehisintellekti käsitlev määrus (EL) 2024/1689, mida hakati osaliselt rakendama juba alates 2. veebruarist 2025

Koolitus annab osalejatele vajalikud teadmised kehtivatest IT-sektori õiguslikest nõuetest, isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse EL/2016/679 (IKÜM) ning  tehisintellekti üldmääruse EL/2024/1689 (TI-määrus) tingimustes.

Koolitusele on oodatud:
