Õppemeetodid: Auditoorne töö klassi- või veebikeskkonnas 27 tundi (sh praktilised harjutused koolikeskkonnas 10 tundi).
3. päev ainult klassiruumis

Hindamismeetod: Praktiliste harjutuste sooritamine. Sertifikaadieksam (tehakse iseseisvalt)

Hindamiskriteerium: Õpiväljundite saavutamist hinnatakse koolituse ajal läbi viidud tagasisidestatud praktiliste harjutuste põhjal.
Eksamil on 40 valikvastustega küsimust, millest 26 (65%) peab vastama õigesti eksami edukaks läbimiseks.

Koolituse lõpetamine: Koolituse lõpetaja saab tunnistuse ja eksami edukal sooritamisel sertifikaadi. Osalejatele, kes õpiväljundeid saavutanud ei ole väljastatakse soovi korral tõend koolitusel osalemise kohta.

Koolituse eesmärk on luua tugev alus (digitaalsete) teenuste ja toodete juhtimiseks. ITIL®  uusim versioon (5) vastab tänapäeva digitaalse, kiiresti muutuva ja AI-põhise maailma vajadustele. Koolitus annab tervikliku ülevaate (sh põhikontseptsioonid ja praktikad), kuidas luua ja juhtida digitaalseid tooteid ja teenuseid väärtuspõhiselt, sidudes äri, tehnoloogia ja kasutajakogemuse.

Koolitus toimub alati koos sertifikaadieksamiga. ITIL® 5 Foundation kvalifikatsioon (sertifikaat) on eeltingimus järgmise taseme ITIL® koolituste läbimiseks.

Osa õppimisest toimub läbi osalejate kogemuste jagamise, mis võimaldab teiste headest töötavatest lahendustest eeskuju võtta.
Lisaks asjakohaste teoreetiliste teadmiste omandamisele tehakse praktiliselt läbi mitu harjutust ja lahendatakse ülesandeid eksami edukaks sooritamiseks.
