MS Excel Advanced with AI Support and Practical Workshop
Upon completion of the training, the learner:
- creates formulas based on data located on different worksheets and uses functions in those formulas;
- applies relative and absolute references and text formulas when processing data;
- analyses Excel table data using sorting, filtering, subtotals, and PivotTables;
- evaluates the suitability of Copilot tools for supporting Excel formulas, data analysis, and visualisation;
- applies data protection and validation features to improve work tasks;
- uses Copilot tools purposefully while observing the principles of data protection and professional ethics.
Training objective: Upon completion of the training, the learner will be able to apply advanced MS Excel techniques and artificial intelligence capabilities to data analysis and the improvement of everyday work processes.
The training takes place in a classroom or online, where each learner has access to the Microsoft 365 environment.
Participants with a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence can actively complete the topics during the training. Participants without the relevant licence can follow the techniques demonstrated by the instructor.
The training does not include a paid licence.
Target group and prerequisites: The training is intended for people who use MS Excel in their daily work and wish to improve their knowledge and skills in data processing, analysis, and automation using MS Excel’s advanced features and AI tools.
