    The project Basic Digital Literacy Skills Course “E-Citizen” is aimed at offering free courses with a purpose of increasing basic digital literacy skills among the working-age population in Estonia. The project was ordered by the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication. During 2018-2021, the objective of the project is to decrease digital skills gap by providing 5000 people with low digital literacy essential computer and internet skills (including knowledge and skills in e-services and ID-card solutions).     The aim of this project is to provide free training courses designed for people who are interested in learning the basics of project management. The courses provide participants with a solid project management foundation and support in applying for positions that require the skills and knowledge of project management. Altogether, 150 participants belonging to the target groups are trained during this project.   • Development Programme “Digital Leaders”

    “Digital Leaders” is a development programme for top executives in civil service ordered by The Government Office of Estonia. This project provides 80 top executives in civil service a thorough practical skillset consisting of technology management theory and practical methods for public sector leadership. The first group consisting of 20 members started in October 2020 and will finish in April 2021. Next courses will take place during 2021-2023.     “Choose IT!”  is an adult retraining program, designed to provide participants with the initial skills of a software developer. Vali IT! is a unique project that includes trainees with a completed higher education and required work experience, but who have not studied IT or worked in the ICT sector.
