The aim of this project is to provide free training courses designed for people who are interested in learning the basics of project management. The courses provide participants with a solid project management foundation and support in applying for positions that require the skills and knowledge of project management.
Altogether, 150 participants belonging to the target groups are trained during this project. In addition to learning the fundamentals of project management, the course offers various supporting activities for the participants, such as practical tasks, individual counselling, and job clubs. During the course, participants have a chance to take ECDL exams and receive a certificate verifying their computer skills. The length of the course is 22 days, during which the participants cover 179 academic hours of study. During the project, participants will receive support in their job search and have the possibility to do an internship.
