Local government reform implementation and training and introducing E-learning Ukraina U-LEAD

On 2018/2019 BCS Koolitus AS and Estonian eGovernance Academy were contracted to develop an In cooperation with the U-LEAD program and BCS Koolitus AS, an e-learning concept and methodology for Ukrainian local government was created to implement the decentralization program of Ukrainian local governments, which was piloted in two key areas: e-health and strategic communication.

JOBIT project was carried out to prepare VET schools graduates, studying IT (software engineering and software development) for labour market needs; the consortium of vocational schools and employers was gathered to develop a training course for the software development course teachers, with the aim of complementing their skills and knowledge of the topic and to familiarize them with the current labour market qualitative needs.

The project ITSVET aims at developing a model for providing ICT security skills on the vocational education level. Reports show that demand for ICT security professionals has grown faster over the past five years than demand for other ICT jobs.

E-Citizenship programme – National digital literacy advancement training for general public

The project aims to significantly increase the number of computer and Internet users across Estonia by training librarians and people with low computer skills.
