“Digital Leaders” is a development programme for top executives in civil service ordered by The Government Office of Estonia. This project provides 80 top executives in civil service a thorough practical skillset consisting of technology management theory and practical methods for public sector leadership.
The first group consisting of 20 members started in October 2020 and will finish in April 2021. Next courses will take place during 2021-2023. Top executives in civil service can register to the programme through The Government Office Top Civil Service Excellence Centre.
In the case of sufficient interest, the “Digital Leaders” programme creators BCS Koolitus and e-Governance Academy are planning to create similar programmes for heads of local governments and entrepreneurs.
