This project is designed to develop various modern digital skills and competences of the participants, as well as increasing their employability. The free courses are mainly aimed at participants aged 50 or older, who have a strong professional background but lack modern digital skills to be competitive in today’s labor market.
The purpose of the project is to modernize the digital competences (including the skills in virtual cooperation, various IT solutions, and platforms to increase people’s mobility) of the participants belonging to the target group. Another goal is to increase participants’ employability in today’s labour market, where various digital skills and competences are highly valued in every sector.
The length of one course is 10 days, during which participants cover 87 academic hours of study. During the course, participants have a chance to take ECDL exams and receive a certificate verifying their computer skills. Altogether, the aim is to train 120 people during this project.
