The GOOGLE cooperation project has been developed by BCS Koolitus on behalf of the Estonian Trade Union Confederation with the aim of providing digital competence trainings in two programs, one for trade union activists and trustees (end users) and the other for trade union key figures and leaders. During the project, a total of up to 800 active union members and trustees, and up to 200 trade union key members and leaders will be trained.
The aim of trade union activist and trustee training is to provide participants with additional digital skills in office work, collaborative communication and cyber security that will help them cope in today’s digital work environment and increase their employability.
The training of trade union key figures and leaders aims to increase participants’ knowledge and ability to understand and participate in the digital transformation of organizations and society. Through the analysis of examples and practical cases, the participants’ view of the use of innovative technological opportunities in Estonian organizations is expanded. Participants will receive a tool to assess and develop the digital maturity of their organization. During various collaborative discussions participants will explore ideas and ways to better serve the needs of their organization.
