Digiskill-retail is a two-year transnational initiative funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ programme. The aim of this project is to increase the digital competences and skills of trainees and employees in the retail sector by using modern retail-specific e-learning units. The project also supports and expands the digital competences (digicompEDU) of teachers and trainers by using the e-learning units for vocational education in retail trade.
12 case studies will be developed to assess the qualification deficits regarding digital competences in retail.
As a result, 40-60 retail-specific flexible microlearning modules will be created to meet the future needs of the qualification profile in retail. These e-learning modules can be used in different learning scenarios and locations (companies, educational institutions etc) depending on the needs of the potential users.
