The aim of the project’s training courses is to support the professional development of specialists working in or entering the field of data analytics by equipping them with the skills to use data in decision-making and in the development of business processes and services. The training helps increase participants’ ability to collect, analyze, and clearly present data to support data-driven decision-making within organizations. The training contributes to enhancing the capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and supports increasing the digital capabilities and value-creation potential of Estonian companies.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES
Within the project, three courses will be conducted for a total of 120 participants.
Each course lasts 13 weeks and is delivered entirely online. The study workload is 277.5 academic hours, which includes independent study, e-learning, interactive lectures, practical exercises and assignments, video viewing and review, meetings with lecturers, and more.
The program consists of seven e-learning modules. Upon completion, participants will have gained knowledge on how to find, use, and analyze data, and how to apply data in evaluating, measuring, and justifying business decisions, including an introduction to relevant methodologies. The e-learning modules are provided in English.
An important part of the program is study support, which includes scheduled meetings with lecturers and mentors via electronic channels. These meetings are conducted in Estonian.
