The project supports the development of digital competencies among Kenyan government officials and community leaders, raising awareness of the opportunities offered by e-governance.
The focus is on strengthening skills that help promote the adoption of e-services and improve citizen engagement through digital channels.
As part of the project, a needs analysis will be conducted, three e-courses will be developed and piloted with target groups, and a “train the trainer” programme will be delivered to support the future capacity building of local trainers.
The activities will be carried out in close cooperation with the Kenya School of Government (KSG) to ensure that the curricula and training are aligned with local needs and context.
