Competitive advantage through e-marketing skills

Project description: The main goal of the project "Competitive Advantage Through e-marketing Skills"(transl.) is to develop the marketing skills of the youngsters and the mums who have been away from work for long time to enable them to enter the work field once again and compete with others on the same field. The project offers auditory practical training and a short internship. The main topics handled during the training are: marketing mechanisms used in organisations, internet marketing basics, social media sites and other e-marketing tools, sales strategies, communication strategies. All those are handeled from the IT perspective. The participants will be certified with ECDL (international computer skills certification programme).

BCS Koolitus's roleProject management, developing learning materials, training, coordinating participants internship and other supportive actions, supporting the employment proccess.

Target Group: 16-24 year old unemployed youngsters and parents (a child younger than 7 years) who have been at least 1,5 years away from the work field. All together 135 people will be taken on in the project. 

Length: 216 academic hours.

Investment: The project is free for the target group

Funding: Together with BCS Koolitus the project is co-funded from the European Social Funds and made happen in cooperation with Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund.
